Scott Porter Owner, Scott's Faux Designs, Inc. and The Twin Cities Faux Finishing
Institute
Scott Porter started his career just over a decade ago. Like the path of many of
his students, he started with some regular paint jobs and a few faux finish
projects. His attention to detail and creative desires fueled his business,
eventually leading him to some of the most desirable faux finishing projects in the
Midwest. Scott has spent the last 10 years expanding his knowledge and taking
classes from some of the best finishers in the country. His continued passion for
realizing his clients dreams and helping his students develop their skills feed his
passion for the future.
